Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 500 gflour
  2. 50 gsugar
  3. 50 gbutter
  4. 20 gmilk
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupwarm water
  7. 1 tspyeast
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Dashnutmeg
  10. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  11. 1/2 cuppowdered milk

Cooking Instructions

    Add flour, yeast, butter, sugar, egg, water, salt,dash of nutmeg and warm water in a bowl and mix to form a dough.

    Knead for 10 more mins to make the dough super soft, cut and mould, arrange and let it rise

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan and set on fire, make a hole in the middle of the dough and drop in oil to let fry until golden brown, arrange on a serviette to let cool

    Mix condensed and powdered milk until thick and smooth, glaze donuts and sprinkle some red velvet crumbs to garnish
