Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsMethi powder / fenugreek powder
  2. 250 gramsWheat flour
  3. 100 gramsDesiccated coconut
  4. 25 gramsPoppy seeds
  5. 500 gramsJaggery
  6. 500 gmMix finely chopped dry fruits (almond,cashewnuts,pistachios,raisin,figs,apricot,anjeer)
  7. 50 gramsSemolina
  8. 250 gramsGhee
  9. 100 gramsKharik powder / chhuhara powder
  10. 1 tspElachi / cardamom
  11. 1 tspJaifal / nutmeg
  12. 1 tspTea powder
  13. 25 gramsGond
  14. 50 gramsMakhana / lotus

Cooking Instructions

    Roast methi completely till rawness goes out of it.
    Now roast wheat flour and rava on medium flame till it changes it colour in to golden brown.
    Now saute desiccated coconut for few minutes.
    Now saute poppy seeds.
    Fry gund on medium flame and then crush it coarsely with glass.

    Saute all dry fruits.
    Saute makhana in ghee on low flame.
    Now heat ghee in pan and add all the above roasted ingredients in it.
    Simultaneously make jaggery syrup on the other hand.
    Melt jaggery completely and off the gas.
    Wait for 1 minutes so it cool down lightly.

    Then add it in a ingredients.
    Add Elaichi powder,jaifal and tea masala to it.
    And mix it very well.
    Now wet your hands with water and start making medium size laddoos out of it.
    Our methi dryfruits laddoo are ready to eat now.
