Ingredients

  1. 1 kgCurd
  2. 1 tspElachi powder
  3. 3-4 tbspCaramel syrup
  4. 2 tspSilvered pistachios & Almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a muslin cloth and put the curd in it and tie it. remove the whey.We need the thick curd

    In the hung curd,add the elachi powder

  3. 3

    Add the caramel syrup

  4. 4

    Whisk well.Use a hand whisk to whisk.

  5. 5

    Garnish with some pistachios and almonds and some more caramel syrup and enjoy with hot puris
