Kanda Poha is one the popular breakfast streetfood of Mumbai.
This nutritious Maharastrain food delicacy is prepared with flatten rice and flavoured with onion and spices.
Cooking Instructions

Wash poha with water in strainer. Keep aside for 10 mins.Keep all required ingredients ready.

In nonstick pan add heat oil,add mustard seeds and cumin seeds,as they splutter,add asafoetida, turmeric powder curry leaves and chopped onion,mix and saute for few minutes.

Add & mix salt, sugar powder and lemon juice in soften poha. Now add this poha in soften onion,mix well. Off the flame. Add & mix roasted/ fried peanuts.

In serving bowl, put two-three laddleful of prepared Kanda Poha, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
