Ingredients

  1. 1small bottle gourd
  2. 1onion peeled and chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 spoonsalt
  7. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspdessi ghee
  9. 1 spoonjeera
  10. 1/2 glasswater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly peel And cut gourd in to small pieces now take a cooker add ghee and heat it now add jeera fry it add onion and fry it add tomato and green chilli now add turmeric powder,salt And red chilli powder mix it

    Now add gourd and water mix well now cover that lid after 1 whistle low the flame cook it for 15 to 20minutes on low flame ur gourd veg is ready

    Serve it with chappati
