This recipe gives you about 10 fritters. I used soup spoon to make the fritters. Better served as a side dish with sambal on the side.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3corn (keep the kernels)
  2. 1 cupprawns - cut in half
  3. 2eshallots cut in small pieces
  4. 1 tspgarlic mince
  5. 3/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  7. 1 cupplain flour
  8. 1/2 cuprice flour
  9. Water about half a cup
  10. Oil to fry the fritters

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Fry the fritters in medium heat until golden brown. I normally do a test taste to make sure I have the right balance.

    Drain on paper towel.

  4. 4

    Serve on a plate with rice, meat or fish, fresh cucumber, fritters and sambal.
