Ingredients

  1. 1bowl Yellow dal (Dhoti dal)
  2. 2 glasswater
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 2chopped tomato
  5. 1/2 tbspoon ginger paste
  6. 1/2 tbspoon garlic paste
  7. according to tastesalt
  8. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  9. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tbspoon jeera / cumin
  11. 1/2 tbspoon garam masala
  12. as neededoil for fried
  13. 1/2 tbspoon turmeric powder
  14. 1chopped green chilli
  15. as requiredcoriander leaves
  16. 1 sprigkadi patta / curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cooker and put into water and dal and turmeric powder and cover cooker with a lid.and boil it.

    When the whistle is ready off the flame.

    Other side take a pan put into oil and heat it sim the flame.

    After that put into ginger, garlic paste.after 1 min put into jeera,green chilli and cook it 1 min.

    After that put into tomato and heat it and after that put into onion and heat it..

    Put into salt,turmeric powder, black peper powder,garam masala,kadi patta and mix it properly.

    When the masala is ready open the cooker and mix dal into masala and mix well...

    After 2 min off the flame and serve dal with coriander leaves
