Ingredients

  1. 250 gmblack channa
  2. 2large size chooped onion
  3. 2chopped tomatoes
  4. 2 teaspoongarlic ginger paste
  5. 2 teaspoonchana masala
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  9. 1/3 teaspoonHaldi
  10. Refined 2 large spoon for chana and 1 large spoon for rice
  11. 1 glassbasmati rice
  12. 1/4 teaspoonJeera
  13. 1/4 teaspooncoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chanafor whole night

    In morning boiled chanaafter adding salt and water in pressure cooker with 5-6 whistles

    In cooker hot tge refined add chopped onion paste

  4. 4

    When onion paste changes it's colour add garlic ginger paste

  5. 5

    Now after 2minutes add tomato paste

  6. 6

    Add all other ingredients chanamasala,haldi, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder

    Add water as much needed

    Now add boiled channa

  9. 9

    Close thee cooker and cook on high flame until 2whistle come

  10. 10

    Swith off the gas chanais ready

  11. 11

    For rice in one pan hot the refined

  12. 12

    Add jera and after 1minutes rice

  13. 13

    Add 2glass water

  14. 14

    When water starts boiling cook on low flame until water gets dry

  15. 15

    Rice is ready serve with chole
