Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmurmura
  2. 2 spoon paneer
  3. 1 spoonoil
  4. 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  5. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  6. 6-7curry leaves
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 2green chilli chopped
  9. 1carrot grated
  10. 1/2capsicum chopped
  11. 1tomato chopped
  12. to tasteSalt, red chilli powder, garam masala
  13. 1cheese cube
  14. 2 spoonroasted peanuts
  15. 6 slicesbread
  16. 2 spoonghee for bread frying
  17. as neededTomato sauce and mint chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan, heat oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves chopped onions,chilli, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, saute it then add chopped tomato

    Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala, then add grated paneer and murmura

  3. 3

    Heat some ghee in a tawa and roast bread in it

  4. 4

    Put some bhel in bread and serve with tomato sauce, mint chutney, grated cheese and roasted peanuts.
