  1. 100 grammakhana
  2. 1 tbspghee
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tspasafoetida
  5. as per tasteSalt, turmeric, chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee and oil. Once warm add asafoetida. Add turmeric. Add makhana.

    Add salt and chilli powder. Roast until done. Enjoy this guilt free snack any time.
