Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBeaf meat
  2. 1 cupChaney ki daal
  3. To tastesalt
  4. Onion 2 medium size
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 4-5green chillies
  10. 1 tbspgreen coriander
  11. 1tomatoe
  12. 1 tbspmixx herb (khara garam masala)
  13. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onion in slices put oil in a pan and add onions fry for 2 min then add mix herb after onion getting light brown add meat and ginger garlic paste and bhonify after 5 min add red chilli powder turmeric and coriander powder....

    Now add green chillies and salt and put water until meat get tender.... after that add tomato and again bhonify for 5 min then add chana daal and water until the chana dall done

    Kasuri methi is optional if someone wants to enhance the dhaba taste

    Ready to serve with nan or boil rice....
