Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsWhole wheat flour
  2. Salt
  3. Water
  4. Red chilli powder
  5. Cumin
  6. Termirac
  7. All spices according to the taste
  8. 211Green chilli
  9. leavesCoriender
  10. Organic ghee 1 cup mash boiler potatoes 300g
  11. 1Onion chop small
  12. Pomigrenat seeds 2 tbs(anardana)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First wash potatoes.add water in pan and put potatoes in to water for boile.when potatoes tender off the flame.now mash potatoes.

    Add all spices in mash potatoes.

    Now add water and salt in flour for make soft dough.rest for 15 mins.now make small balls.

    Roll and make 2 small chapaties.spread mixture on 1 chapati and put the second chapati on it joined together. And roll it to make it big.now put chapati on hot pan and add some oil or ghee on it slowly move on medium flame.

    When one side is light brown now turn second side when the second side is also light brown. It ready to eat.i make it in breakfast with tea and yogurt.
