  2. 500 gSugar
  3. 250 gGhee
  4. Water
  5. 4 tbsAlmond
  6. 4 tbsCoconut
  7. 1 tea spoonFood color yellow
  8. 6Cardamom
  9. 3 tbsRaisans

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice in water for30 mins.peel the almonds.cut coconut. Boile rice with color.

    Add ghee in pan now add cardamom.now add dry fruits fry it 5 mins now add sugar.

    When sugar is dissolve then add boile yellow rice.

    Mix it well and cook for 5 mins.now flame is very slowunder rice.put lid on it.after 10 mins flame is off.
