Ingredients

  1. 250 gramcapcicum
  2. 3/4 cupbesan
  3. 2 tbsginger and garlic paste
  4. 3 tbsgroundnuts
  5. 2-3green chillies
  6. 6-7curry leaves
  7. 1 tbscoriander powder
  8. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbsturmeric powder
  10. 3 tbsoil
  11. 1 tbsmustard seeds and cumin seeds
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbsjaggery
  14. 1 tbsamchoor powder

    Cut capcicum into small pieces. Now heat the pan add oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds let it crackle, than add curry leaves and green chillies in it.

    Add diced capcicum and cook it well. After it cooks well add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, jaggery, ginger and garlic paste and grinded groundnuts.

    Finally add besan and saute for 4-5 minutes or until besan cooks well.

    Serve hot besan capsicum sabji with roti or paratha.
