Galangal Fried Chicken

Ingredients

2 hours
  1. 1 pcswhole chicken
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 2 tbspsalt
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Ground spices
  6. 3 pcsgarlic
  7. 4 pcsshallot
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 5 pcscandlenut
  10. 2 cmturmeric (fruit)
  11. 1/2finger ginger
  12. Aromatic
  13. 4 pcsbay leaf
  14. 2 pcslemongrass
  15. 2finger galangal

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken. Divide the whole chicken according to taste. I cut into 10 pcs.

    Grind the spices with salt and water. Cook with vegetable oil until cooked.

    Add water and cook the chicken for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until the water evaporated). Check and stir occasionally.

  4. 4

    Fry the chicken with the remaining spices.

  5. 5

    Sauté the spices with aromatic until fragrant, change colour and dry.
