  4. 1/2 cupGhee
  5. 1/2 tspRed food color
  6. 1/2 tspGreen food color
  7. 1/2 tspYellow food color
  8. 1/2 cupDry coconut slices
  9. 1/2 cupchopped Cashews
  10. 1/2 cupchopped Almonds
  11. 1/2 cupchopped Pistachios
  12. 1/2 cupDried Grapes
  13. 1/2 cupmixed color Tutti-frutti
  14. 1 cupSugar

    First wash the Rice and soak it in water for one hour. Then boil 2 glasses of water in a pan. Boil water then add 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, rice, 1 tsp ghee and mix.

    Cook the rice to 90%.

    Then, take 3 different food colors in 3 bowls, add 1/2 tsp of water and mix. Then add 2 tbsp of cooked rice and keep soaking.

    Now, heat ghee in a pan and fry all the dried fruits and mix in the remaining ghee by adding cardamom, cloves and sugar. Then add a glass of water and let it boil.

    When the syrup is ready, add cooked rice, mix it lightly, cover it and let it rise on high flame for 2 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, add all three colors of rice, fried nuts and tutti-frutti, close the lid and let it simmer again for 2 minutes.

    Now, open the lid and mix the rice lightly by hand and take it in a serving bowl.

    Serve garnished with dried fruit.
