    First heat ghee in a pan and saute it by adding vermicelli, stirring constantly so that the vermicelli is cooked on all sides.

    Once the save is browned, add milk and let it boil for ten minutes on medium heat.

    Then add sugar, cardamom-nutmeg powder, dried slices and mix. Now let the milk boil for five minutes on low heat.

    So, the Sheer Khurma is ready to Serve.
