બાફેલા શિંગોડાની છાલ કાઢી સમારી લો. ટામેટાં, મરચાં અને કાકડી ને ઝીણા સમારી લો.

એક બાઉલ માં શિંગોડા ને સમારી તેમાં ટામેટાં, મરચાં અને કાકડી લઈ તેમાં મીઠું, લાલ મરચું અને લીંબુ નો રસ ઉમેરી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી સર્વ કરો.
