Add all dry masala in flour boil aalu and mix it properly oil and lemon juice is also added to flour. Now we kneading dough. Not so hard not so soft.we made a medium dough. Not make small pieces. Roll it Not so thick. On another side. We Add oil to a pan.heated very well.

Drop the puri in oil and cook it on both sides. After colour change like light brown put it from oil on a tissue paper.

The masala puri is ready to serve with masala chai.
