In a pan add milk boil it now add lemon juice for curdle milk

Strain milk in a strainer wash properly and remove excess water

In a mixer jar add paneer grind it add sugar powder again grind to make smooth paste add 4 teaspoon milk again blend

Grease the pan with ghee pour the mixture into the pan spread kesar leaves on it

In a big bowl add 2 glass of water when boil place mix pan cover with plate and boil it on medium flame 30 minutes

Remove it and cool approximately 30 minutes in refrigerator and cut into small pieces
