Now-a-days most people are health conscious. Many opt for Oatmeal and milk as main item in their breakfast. Sometimes we feel bored having the same food again and again.

In this recipe the Oatmeal has been changed to a delicious , nutritional and healthy snacks and I think everyone would love this formula.

I have taken here Oats with Spinach from my garden to make delicious Tikkis. Oats as we know is loaded with dietary fiber that's good for our health. On the other hand Spinach (Palak)has vitamins and micro nutrients, essential for our body.

I have skipped boiled Potato and taken Semolina for for binding oats tikkis. The outcome is amazing , beautiful and yummy.
