  • 1 cup 120 gramwheat flour (atta)
  • 2ripe bananas (chopped)
  • 2 tbspjaggery (melted)
  • 5raisins (chopped)
  • 5almonds (crushed)
  • 1 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspoil or ghee (shallow fry)

    Combined in a bowl. Ripe banana, salt, jaggery, cinnamon powder and wheat flour.

    Mix it properly. Add enough water mix it properly it should be just like pakoras batter. Once it is done. Keep standing time for 1 minute. Then heat iron Kadai. If you use iron Kadai. Pakoras will not stick at the bottom of the Kadai (today's tips).

    Drop spoonful of the mixture usong your fingers. Shallow fry few pakoras at a time on a meduim flame till they turn light golden brown in color from all the sides.. Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate.
