Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach puree
  2. 50 gmsPaneer
  3. 2 cupswheat flour
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1/2chopped tomato
  7. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  10. As requiredWater
  11. As requiredOil
  12. 1/8 tspJeera
  13. Pinchturmeric powder
  14. As requiredCheese
  15. as requiredButter

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a tight dough by adding palak puree, salt, oil, cover and keep for ½ hour.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, saute for a while, add onion and tomato fry till cooked properly, add spices and paneer, with salt and kasuri methi. Once ready keep aside.

  3. 3

    Make chapatis with the dough roast on tawa with butter place the filling of paneer bhaji add grated cheese,now roll and serve hot.
