Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 150 gmpeas
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 4grinded tomatoes
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. to tastesalt
  8. as neededwater
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. 1small cinnemom stick
  13. 1cardamom
  14. 1 tspsabzi masala
  15. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  16. 1/2 tspcoriander leaves
  17. as neededoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the paneer in any shape of ur choice.Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a cooker & put bay leaf,cinnamom stick & cardamom cook till aroma smells away.

    Now add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste, cook till they become golden brown & add all the ingredients.Saute for a second & add grinded tomatoes.

    Cook till oil spreads from corners. Add peas with 1/2 glass of water.cover with lid & give 2-3 whistles.Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

    Open the lid & cook on low flame till all the water absorbs.Now add paneer & 1/2 glass of water.Again cook for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati.
