Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlspring onion finely chopped
  2. 1 bowlmethi finely chopped
  3. 2 tsp chilli powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1turmeric powder
  7. 2 tspdhaniya / jeera powder
  8. 2 bowlswheat flour
  9. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour in a bowl add methi leaves spring onion all masalas,4 tsp oil, salt mix it up and knead dough adding enough water.

  2. 2

    Make balls out of dough roll them according to shape you like roast both sides applying oil. Serve hot with pickle and chutney.
