Ingredients

  1. 1 handfulraw rice
  2. 1 litremilk
  3. 1/2 tablespooncrushed cardamom
  4. 1 handfulsugar
  5. 1/2 tablespoonghee
  6. as requiredWater for soaking rice

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, wash rice properly and soak for 10-15 minutes.

    Take a kadhai and pour milk. Boil it on low heat and stir.

    As it comes to boil, drain water from rice and add into the boiling milk.let the rice cook in boiling milk On low heat.stir nicely.by the time milk volume will also reduce and would get thicker in consistency.

    After that add sugar stir and mix.

    Also, mash the rice with a whisker.

    Let it cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes. stir in between and check. Kheer is ready to serve hot.
