I have 4 HUGE avocado trees in my yard so we have summer as one season and then we have avocado season.

My co worker makes this and it's always good. I've tweaked amounts a bit to suit my taste. You can do the same =D

In many countries, avocados, known as 'palta' in some places, are eaten sweet. Personally, I like them savory. Perfect with fish, meats, poultry, tostadas, tacos, sandwiches, or simply as a snack.

My spin, not much different then most We don't like Cilantro so just added a bit of dried.

This is guacamole done my way. There are many variations of this recipe. I like it blended because I don't care for chunks of raw onion, but I enjoy the flavor an onion adds. I like jalapenos for flavor and some heat. The "heat" will vary depending on the variety of jalapeno, it's maturity, and how it was grown.

Who doesn't love guacamole with tortilla chips? 😋
