Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil

Add black pepper & Clove

Add onion and fry 2 mins.

Add green chilli, Kashmiri. red chilli & kaju and mix well.

Add tomato & salt & mix well

Cover and cook for 5 to 7 mins.

Mix well & cool completely and grind.

Heat a pan and add oil 3 tbsp.

Add paneer and fry 2 mins.

After 2 mins remove paneer

At jeera in Same pan

And add dry garam masala & fry ½ min.

Add dhaniya powder, Haldi & red chilli powder.

Immediately add paste.

And mix well.

And add ½ cup water.

Cover and cook 2 mins.

Add matar and cover and cook 8 to 10 mins.

Add kasuri meethi and garam masala mix well.

Add paneer and mix well.

Cover and cook only 2 mins.

Ready matar paneer add coriander leaves.
