Ingredients

  2. 2potatoes (boiled)
  3. 1bread crumb (fresh)
  4. 2 tbspcornflour
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. ForFilling-
  9. 2 tbspthick milk cream
  10. 2green chillies (chopped)
  11. 1 tbspkishmish
  12. 1 tbspalmond (chopped)
  13. 1 tspcoriander leaves(chopped)
  14. 2 cupfor frying
  15. forWhite paste-
  16. 1 tbspcoconut powder
  17. 1 tbspkhuswaha khuswaha
  18. 1 tbspmagaz seeds
  19. 1 tbspSesame seed
  20. 1 tbspkaju
  21. 1 tspsaunf
  22. 1 tspcumin seeds
  23. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  24. ForGravy-
  25. 2onion paste
  26. 1tomato paste
  27. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  28. 1 tspsalt
  29. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  30. 1 tbspDhania powder
  31. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  32. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  33. 1/2 cupcurd
  34. 1 tbspsugar
  35. 1 tbspKasoori methi
  36. 4 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Grind onion into fine paste. Take all the ingredients of kofta and mash well

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients for filling in kofta. Heat oil in a Wok and add onion paste and cook for few minutes. Then add powder spices and cook for few minutes

    Add tomato paste and cook covered

  4. 4

    Add white paste with curd and cook covered.

  5. 5

    Cook till masala leaves oil.

    In kofta fill the chilled cream mixture and make smooth balls and roll on cornflour before frying into golden colour.

    Deep fry balls till golden

    In gravy and water so that the gravy is thin and then add fried balls... Cook on slow heat

  9. 9

    Take out in a bowl and garnish with cream

  10. 10

    The balls are so soft that it melts in mouth

    Put the balls in gravy 10 minutes before serving.. Enjoy with roti or rice
