Ingredients

  1. 100 gchopped cabbage
  2. 2medium sized onion chopped
  3. 4spn ginger garlic paste
  4. 2spn soya sauce
  5. 1spn chillie sauce
  6. 2spn tomato ketchup
  7. 2green chillies chopped
  8. 1chopped capsicum
  9. 2spn red chilli powder
  10. 1spn garam masala (optional)
  11. 1spn black pepper powder
  12. 4spn corn flour
  13. 4spn maida
  14. 1spn chaat masala
  15. Oil for frying
  16. Salt accordingly

Cooking Instructions

    First chopped cabbage add salt and squeeze out excess water and take it in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add all the masala powder,ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add in maida and corn flour and mix well. Don't add water

  4. 4

    In a kadai add oil for deep frying

  5. 5

    Drop the cabbage mixture and fry on both the sides

  6. 6

    Take it out and keep it aside

  7. 7

    For making sauce: add oil, onion,green chillies, capsicum and ginger garlic paste

  8. 8

    Add in the sauces and mix well

  9. 9

    Take a bowl and add 1 spn corn flour,mix it with water and make slurry

  10. 10

    Now add the corn flour slurry

  11. 11

    Now add the fried cabbage and mix well. Turn off the heat

  12. 12

    Take out and add chopped onion and serve hot!!! With ketchup
