Ingredients

  1. For making vada-
  2. 1 cupYellow split moong dal
  3. 1/2 cupUrad dal1and
  4. as requiredOil for frying
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. 2 cupsSweet curd
  7. 1 tbspRoasted cumin powder
  8. as per tasteRed chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First, soak both dal for 4 hours and after soaking grind coarsely add a little amount of water if required and add salt. And deep fry it into the oil. After frying put this wada into water

  2. 2

    For serving take a bowl add vada add curd, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder. You can add tamrind chutney and green chutney.
