Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add sabja seeds and water. Soak 15 mins till it absorbs water and bulges.

In a glass jar take water and sugar.Add a pinch of salt and mix till sugar dissolves.

Squeeze the lemons and extract juice.

Add to the sugar solution followed by rose syrup and soaked sabja seeds. Give a quick stir. Serve cold.
