Ingredients

  1. For (batter):-
  2. 2 tbspcornflour
  3. 3 tbspall purpose flour
  4. 1/2 tspginger
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 3 tbspoil for frying paneer
  11. 200 gramspaneer, cubes
  12. For (Chilli Paneer Gravy):-
  13. 1spring onion, chopped
  14. 2green chilli, sliced
  15. 2 tspginger, chopped
  16. 1onion, diced
  17. 2 tspgarlic, chopped
  18. 1capsicum, diced
  19. 2 tspsoy sauce
  20. 1 tspRed chilli sauce
  21. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1/2 cupwater
  24. 1 tbspcornflour
  25. 1/4 tspwhite vinegar
  26. Few coriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    First a large bowl add cornflour, all purpose flour, ginger+ garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt and water mix well to get a smooth batter now add paneer cubes coat gently, keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Now heat 3 tbsp oil in pan fry paneer cubes for both sides, Remove fried paneer cubes on kitchen paper towel.

    In the same pan, there will be some oil left, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies stir fry for few seconds.

    Add spring onion, onion, capsicum fry for 5 minutes.

    Add red chilli powder, soy sauce, red chilli sauce stir well.

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 cup water mix well. Cook simmer.

  7. 7

    Take a small bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour, add 2 tbsp water for dissolving cornflour, mix well. Add this cornflour mixture to the gravy mix well.

    Add salt, fried paneer cubes mix very well with the gravy.

  9. 9

    Switch off flame add vinegar.

  10. 10

    Garnish and Serve chilli paneer.
