Ingredients

  1. Stuffing

  3. 1 tbsphomemade schezwan Chutney (Recipe updated)
  4. 2green chillies chopped
  5. 6-7garlic chopped
  6. 1 inchGinger grated
  7. 2onions sliced
  8. 1Capsicum sliced
  9. 1Carrot sliced
  10. 1/4cabbage sliced
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 2 tspvinegar
  14. 1 tspsoya sauce
  15. 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  16. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  17. 2 tspketchup
  18. Chopped coriander
  19. For slurry
  20. 2 tbspcorn flour
  21. 2 pinchSalt
  22. 2 pinchPepper powder
  23. Water
  24. Spring rolls
  25. Homemade Rolls sheets (recipe is updated)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice all Veggies ready. Take a pan on low flame add oil n finely chopped, ginger garlic green chillies. Saute it. Add schezwan Chutney.

    Now add one by one all veggies.

    Add salt, pepper powder n vinegar. Mix it well

    Now add all sauces

    Now add ketchup n mix it. Add chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients of slurry make thick slurry.

    Get very thing ready. I din't cut the sheets in square. I used as it is in circles. Stick slurry on all edges of circle. Place the stuffing. Close the 2 opposite sides with the help of slurry.noe roll it.

    Make all rolls. Heat up the oil on low flame. Now add rolled rolls in hot oil.

    Fry crispy n golden. Fry all spring rolls. Serve with schezwan Chutney. N enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
