Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1Spring onion greens stalk
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsSchezwan sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  7. As required Oil to deep fry
  8. As per taste Tomato ketchup
  9. 3 tbspCornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Take boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add spring onions, schezwan sauce, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper and cornflour. Mix well.

    In a plate, sprinkle somse cornflour. Then grease your palms with oil and take the required mixture in your hands.

    Shape it in the form of balls or rods. Dip the balls in the cornflour-water mixture and then cover it in bread crumbs (optional).

    You can also slide it directly into a heated pan with oil. Fry till it becomes golden and crispy.

    Serve it hot with ketchup.
