Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled moong
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspsooji
  4. 1 tbspbesan
  5. 1 spoonmakke ka aata
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspjeera
  8. 1/2 tbspchaat masala
  9. 1green chilli chopped
  10. As neededCoriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the floors and knead the dough.

    Now keep it aside for 5 mins. Now take a roll and in between add mung and onion.

    Fold it, dip it in ata and make a Roti like circle.

  4. 4

    On a tawa, cook the paratha till it gets little brown.

  5. 5

    Serve it with curd or chutney.
