Cooking Instructions

Shell the walnuts and roughly chop them.

Peel the pear, remove the core, and cut it into cubes.

In a blender cup, combine the pear, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt, and blend until smooth and fluid.

Place the baby spinach in a salad bowl, dress with the pear vinaigrette, sprinkle with the walnuts, and serve.
