Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbrown sugar
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 pinchcinnamon powder
  7. 1ripe banana
  8. 1/4 cupoil /melted butter
  9. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1/2 cupmilk
  12. 1/2 cupchopped almond and walnuts

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes.

    Mash banana with the help of a fork.

    Add sugar powder and oil to the bowl,mix well.

  3. 3

    Put a sieve on the bowl and put all dry ingredients in the sieve.Sieve the mixture.

    Blend the batter with spatula,by adding some milk.Continue the process till the batter gains a dropping consistency.

    Put muffin cups in mould,and fill the cups with batter.Do not fill the cups more then one third part.

    Garnish each cup with almond and walnut.

    Meanwhile pre heat an oven at 190 °c for 10 minutes.

    Bake muffins at 180 °c for 15-20 minutes.

    Here I baked for 18 minutes.

    Take out muffins and cool on a wire rack.

  11. 11

    Serve.
