  2. 1 bowlsugar
  3. 1 bowlghee
  4. 2 bowlwater
  5. 1 pinchsaffron
  6. 10-15cashew

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat ghee add elaichi and aata and cook for few mins.

    Wait for the aroma and color change.

    In a diff pan add water and sugar to make sugar syrup

  4. 4

    Then add this sugar syrup to the aata and mix well.

  5. 5

    Mix till oil comes from the side.

  6. 6

    Garnish with cashew and serve it hot.
