Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspoats
  2. 2ripe bananas
  3. 2seedless dates
  4. 1 tbsmixed nuts
  5. 1 tbsdates powder (optional)
  6. As required Dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the oats and dates for 10 mins.

    Then transfer it to a blending jar.

    Add mixed nuts and dry fruits into it.

    Add the dry dates powder.

  5. 5

    Add the ripe bananas into the jar.

  6. 6

    Blend into a smooth mixture and serve.
