  1. 1/2 cup strawberry
  2. 4dates
  3. 1 1/2 tspmilk powder/ protine powder
  4. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the dates and remove seeds.add in a mixing blender.

  2. 2

    Add milk powder or protine powder, milk and blend it with smooth fine paste.

  3. 3

    Add chilled ice cube (it's optional) and serve it with full of protine and nutrition.
