Ingredients

  1. 1medium size banana
  2. 4-5seedless dates
  3. 1/2 glassmilk or soya milk
  4. 1/2 cupice
  5. 4 tspmilk powder
  6. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  7. as needed Honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in mixer jar

  2. 2

    Grind the mixture finely

  3. 3

    Pour the smoothie in glass and serve chill

  4. 4

    No need to add sugar. If required add honey as per taste
