Ingredients

1 person
  1. 1apple
  2. 4-5soft dates
  3. 1 cupthick curd
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. Pinchcinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel & chop apple in dices. Remove seed & chop dates.

  2. 2

    Now mix all ingredients except cinnamon powder & blend it well.

  3. 3

    Chill it. Then pour into glass, sprinkle cinnamon powder & serve.
