  2. 2large Onion
  3. As required Whole Garam masala
  4. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 3/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli Powder
  7. 1 tbspCummin powder
  8. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. 3-4 clovesGarlic chopped
  11. as per taste Salt
  12. 3 tbspOil
  13. For wheat flour tandoori roti:
  14. 2 cupWheat flour
  15. 1 tspSugar powder
  16. 1 tspSalt
  17. 1/3 cupOil
  18. 1/4 cupCurd
  19. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  20. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  21. as required Coriander leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash paya properly. Heat oil, add whole garam masala, onion & salt fry till onion soft.

    Add ginger garlic paste & all the masalas accept garam masala stir well & add water.

    Now add paya & cover the cooker and pressure cook it for 4 whistles & after that low the flame & cook for 40 minutes.

    Now add Garam masala & give bagaar of garlic. Enjoy

    For tandoori roti: In a bowl add flour, sugar, Salt, oil, curd, baking powder, baking soda & make a dough with the help of Lukewarm water.

    Grease oil in the top of dough cover & keep for 3-4 hours.

    Punch well & make balls and roll it with the help of a rolling pin and make a Little thick roti. Add coriander leaves & turn the roti, on the other side Grease with water.

    Add roti in tawa water side down in this way. Turn the tawa & roast another side.
