Simple Basic Mukhwas

This is something which- I believe, doesn’t require much introduction nor any elaborative process for preparing the same & almost all of us know about this specific recipe-
We mostly, prepare this on & off at our own hubs...as & when’s required, even at a short notice too...& its ingredients are just the basics to all our Indian pantries
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take some water in a bowl: Add in some salt & turmeric powder & mix well
- 2
- 3
Now, in 3 different small bowls: Add in the aforementioned dal & seeds and add in this salt-turmeric water mixture (1 tbsp), to each of the bowls individually & mix it well- Set it aside until it absorbs the water
- 4
Heat a frying pan over the medium flame & now, dry roast the dal & seeds- one by one, individually & respectively...until fragrant & crunchy
- 5
Transfer it to individually to a bigger bowl now & mix everything well together & allow it to cool down completely before storing it to an airtight container...it’s shelf life’s quite extensive if used sparingly even & storing is done properly- ensuring no air/moisture is gotten inside

Our Simple Basic Mukhwas is ready now 💁🏻♀️
