Cooking Instructions

1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 Egg,sugar, refine oil, 1cup milk.

2. whisk well making sure brown sugar dissolves completely.

3. further, add 240 gram wheat flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Butter scotch essence,1/2 tbsp cardamom powder,pinch salt.

4. sieve all together making sure there are no lumps.

5. mix well with cut and fold method until all the dry ingredients combine well with the mixture..

6. furthermore, add 6 tbsp truti fruti
- 7
7. fold gently making sure the dry fruits are mixed well.

8. Grease the cake tin with butter and sprinkle wheat flour and add the better

9. Heat the vessel and place the cake

10. bake the cake in vessel for 20 minutes.

11. further, allow the cake to cool completely and later cut into thick slices and serve.

12. finally, serve the atta cake or store in an airtight container.
