This is actually one of my favorite Filipino dish (Giniling na baboy) because its a kind dish that you can adjust depends on the availability of the ingridient and the main ingridient is ground pork so you can go by just cooking pork and potatoes but aside from that you can also add bell peppers, carrots and green peas but in this recipe i only used green bell pepper.

Tortilla De Patatas (Spanish Omelette)
This is one of the most classic (and easiest) Spanish recipes. Every family does it in its own way, so this is my mom's style (the best, of course!). It makes a smart use of onion to sweeten it without feeling its crunchiness, plus some other tricks to make it look great.Note: as this is a big omelette, it usually cooks faster and easier on gas stoves. If you're using an electric or induction stove it might require around 30 minutes of extra heating for steps 9 to 14.

Sorrel Jam
I remember finding sorrel to be too sour as a kid. I heard that it's used in a lot of French cooking so I tried making some jam. I've tried a lot of other recipes too, you can check them out here.I picked these sorrel leaves at the beginning of spring, so the jam is quite black. If you pick the leaves in winter I heard that you'll get a red-colored jam.If you're worried about the poisonous-looking colour, try picking the leaves in winter. Recipe by Deiri-po-taruz
