Cooking Instructions

Add 2 glasses of water in a sauce pan bring it to boil turn off the flame
- 2
Add in 10-15 Basil leaves, crushing with fingers, cover the lid, let it sit for 5 minutes
- 3
Strain in to tea cups, add a tsp of honey and mix well, your healthy Basil chai /tea is ready.

Pyaaz Chaa (Onion Peel Tea)
