  1. 1 cup broccoli
  2. 1 cupgrated cheese
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1 tspginger
  5. 4-5 garlic cloves
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. as neededbutter
  10. For dough
  11. 1 cupwheat flour
  12. as neededsalt
  13. as neededwater

    Firstly knead the dough n keep aside to rest.

    Wash & blanch the broccoli

  3. 3

    In a chopper finely chop onion & broccoli.Crush ginger & garlic

  4. 4

    Put all the chopped ingredients together then grate cheese in it.

    Add spices and mix

  6. 6

    Take a small portion of dough dust with dry flour and roll a chapati

  7. 7

    Put stuffing and fold like kachori... press.. dust with dry flour and roll very gently

  8. 8

    Heat a tawa and cook paratha with butter...serve hot.
