Ingredients

20mts
  1. 1/2 litreFull fat milk
  2. 5 piecesreadymade chhena
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupmawa
  5. 4 tbspcondensed milk
  6. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  7. Fewsaffron threads
  8. 1/4 cupchopped walnuts
  9. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  10. 2-3 dropskewra water
  11. FewRose petals and pistachios for garnishing (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a heavy bottom wok or kadhai add milk boil it on high flame for 5 minutes.add kesar threads keep stirring.turn the flame medium and cook it for 3-4 minutes

    The quantity of milk has reduced. Add sugar, condensed milk and bread crumbs. Mix well cook for 3-4 minutes.add mawa mix well keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.

    Now take one chhena break it into pieces and add it into the milk mix well. Add chopped walnuts and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. turn off the flame. Add the remaining chhena rasgulla in the rabdi and leave it for ten minutes. Keep it in the fridge to cool it. Take in a bowl garnish with chopped pistachio and rose petals then serve chilled.
